How do I clean my safety grill ?
We found that using small amount of all purpose 409 with Powder cleaner and brush it right away will normally do the job.
Why is my hood so loud vs. your showroom and my neighbor?
Noise level depends on many factors such as, size of the duct, length of the duct, turns, temperature and altitude will contribute to the different noise level.
Do I only turn on the hood when frying?
We recommended turning on the hood when the stove is on because even when simmer, there are oil, Steam and odor coming out of the pot. By having the hood turn on when cooking, it will also reduce the temperature for the cooking area and will prolong the lifespan of the hood.
What is the advantage for filter-less hood?
1. Better suction (screen on filter hoods will clogged gradually and reduce suction).
2. Filter-less hood is quieter vs. filter hood.

How does auto clean work?
Will clean blower casing, oil tube and oil pan automatically with one push of the button. We encourage our customers to clean the hood weekly so that the hood will stay clean and have trouble free performance during its lifespan.

How often do we need to use Auto-Clean to clean our hood?
We recommend cleaning your hood after every use.
Do I need to take down the fans to clean?
It’s not necessary for auto clean model. The blower casing and oil pan collect the most oil. If auto clean is being used as recommended, there is not need to remove parts to clean. The fan blade is coated and will repel excess oil to oil pan, and being flush out when auto clean feature is used. If you like to remove the parts to clean, we do have EZ model which is easy to take apart to clean.
How many ways to mount the hood?
1.Hood can be mounted under the cabinet or mounted to the wall.
2.Venting can be vertical from the top or horizontal from the rear.
